These terms govern your use of CourtPlan. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

By creating a CourtPlan account, generating a practice plan, or otherwise using CourtPlan, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
To use CourtPlan, you must provide a valid email address and create a password. You agree to keep your password secure and to take reasonable steps to protect access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
One account per coach. Please don't share your login with other coaches — instead, point them at courtplans.com so they can sign up for their own free account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a CourtPlan account. CourtPlan is a tool for adult coaches and program administrators, not for minors.
Practice plans you generate with CourtPlan are yours to use however you like with your team. You own the content you create and save.
You agree not to use CourtPlan for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service, or to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the drill library or app.
You are responsible for athlete safety. CourtPlan provides practice plan suggestions only. You are solely responsible for supervising the youth athletes in your care at all times, for choosing drills that are appropriate for the age and skill level of your athletes, and for ensuring a safe practice environment. CourtPlan does not supervise, vet, or endorse any coach or program. If you are not sure whether a drill is appropriate for your group, default to the easier option and use your judgment.
The free tier gives every coach 3 generated practice plans per week. The counter resets weekly and is enforced by our plan_usage table, so refreshing the page or generating and discarding a plan both count toward the cap.
CourtPlan Pro is $9.99/month, billed monthly. Pro removes the free-tier cap, lets you save plans to your account for re-use across a season, unlocks one-click PDF export, and gives you multi-season plan history.
Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe Connect (Polsia's managed Stripe account) under Stripe's own payment terms. Your subscription state and a verification audit trail are recorded in our subscriptions and subscription_audit_log tables. Subscriptions auto-renew each month on the date you originally subscribed, until you cancel.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal — the link is in any billing email and from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
Cancellation does not refund the current billing period. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. If you believe a refund is warranted — for example, you were charged after cancelling, or you were billed for a period when the service was unavailable — please email support@courtplans.com within 14 days of the charge and include the date and amount. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
CourtPlan, the drill library, the app UI, the marketing copy, and the CourtPlan name and logo are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the drill library or the app without our written permission.
Practice plans you generate are yours to use freely with your team — print them, share them with assistant coaches and parents, and adapt them to fit your program. We do not claim ownership of the plans you create.
CourtPlan is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we do not guarantee that any specific practice plan is suitable for your athletes. Use the service at your own discretion, and apply your coaching judgment at every step.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CourtPlan and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or injuries to athletes under your supervision.
Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising out of your use of CourtPlan is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will give you advance notice and a chance to fix the issue before suspending your account.
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@courtplans.com. We will action verified account-closure requests within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of CourtPlan will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you have any questions about these terms, please email support@courtplans.com. We typically reply within 2 business days.
