CourtPlan is the youth basketball coach platform that fills your empty slots, takes parent bookings, and gives you one Season Pass for the whole 4-month season. Free to start; tools built for volunteer and travel coaches.
The same CourtPlan app parents use to find a court shows your open practice slots by neighborhood and skill level. No scraping Instagram bios for roster, no "DM me for details" link in bio, no parent Facebook group posts. Parents in your radius see your slots and book straight from the app.
A parent taps a slot and books — you get a notification with the time, court, athlete names, and a CourtPlan practice plan link ready to run for that specific session. No more tracking rosters across text threads or remembering which kid is paid up.
One Season Pass covers multi-month court access and unlimited practice plans for a 4-month season — and your plans lock in before free-tier coaches each week, so the slots you want are the slots you get. Free to start; upgrade when you need priority scheduling.
"I used to spend 2–3 hours building practice plans from scratch — piecing together YouTube drills and trying to make them fit my 90-minute rec-league slot. With CourtPlan, I generate a full practice in under 5 minutes, and the drills actually flow into each other instead of feeling random. My third season in, my kids respond better because every segment has a clear purpose: warm-up into fundamentals into small-sided game. I walk into the gym knowing exactly what I'm running and why."

Volunteer and travel coaches — your first practice plan is on us. Pick the free tier to build your first 60-second plan this week, or jump to Season Pass if you already know you'll fill the gym every slot for the season.
